The Supreme is my first choice. All 3 versions are quality products and suitable for both home and small to medium restaurants. They are easy to use and as a water bath comes with a lid to reduce evaporation. So has for those looking for something more than an immersion circulator for their home the Supreme brand is excellent.

The Sous Vide Supreme is large in size and can hold up to a large amount of produce for higher volume requirements. This water bath unit functions the exact same way as the water oven with its simple set-up, ease of use, and easy clean up. The Sous Vide Supreme Demi Water Oven is just that! This stainless steel device is a demi version of the standard 11-liter water oven. The demi water oven also contains stainless steel racks. These are used as a place for the food bags to sit so that they are restricted from moving around, therefore, allowing every piece of food to cook evenly and thoroughly.
